Following an amazing turnout in 2025, our Women & Girls Festival returns this year on 16 May!
We are excited to welcome back lead guest coach Laura Hirai along with Jess Vernon, Amanda Taylor, and Chereen Harrocks.
Laura was recently drafted to the inaugural season of the Women’s Pro Baseball League, and all four were teammates on the 2025 gold-medal-winning Great Britain Women’s National Team, qualifying for the 2026 Women’s Baseball World Cup.
Our guest coaches will be sharing their love of baseball with participants of all ages and abilities. Come join us for a special Saturday session by age group:
Fill in our short form to register your interest (this will help us plan the sessions) or turn up on the day (see where to find us). First-time visitors to the club can also claim the festival as their free taster session.
Can’t wait till 16 May? Come along for a regular session! Contact us for a free taster and pre-session information.
The 2025 Women & Girls Festival was great fun. The coaches were amazing – so patient with those who had never played before, while giving hints and tips to the more experienced. Everyone had lots of fun.
– Henna, Greenwich Giants Club Secretary

Since 2024, the Greenwich Giants have aimed to spark enthusiasm for baseball in southeast London.
We offer practice sessions and special events for girls and boys aged 4 to 12, with weekly T-ball for younger kids, youth baseball for age 7+, and special school events throughout the season. Sessions are child-centred and focus on skills, teamwork, and having fun in a safe environment.
For older players, our women and girls sessions as well as our mixed adults meetups have grown from year to year.
No matter your age or skill level, new players are always welcome! Come along for a free taster session or contact us for more info.
